The majority of colored envelopes have been produced from sustainable forests.

Refund/Exchange/Warrantee/Cancellation policies:
1.There are no refunds, no warrantees, and no cancellations on any orders.
2.Damaged prints may be exchanged for the same item.
3.To qualify for an exchange of a damaged print the following criteria must be met: Please notify me via email within 3 business days of the print being delivered to you. The damaged print/prints must be sent back in a postage paid envelope that we will send to you within 10 business days. Upon receiving the damaged print from you I will send out your replacement merchandise within 15 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.Items are shipped via standard USPS mail.
2.All orders are packaged in archival sleeves with with protective backing and shipped in a rigid mailer.
3.Items will ship within 1-2 business days from order date.
4. Custom pet portraits will take a minimum of 1 week to process before shipping. A proof will be emailed to you before your final pet portrait is printed to make sure you are happy with it.
